Anyone who has met Sen. Eric Brakey knows that he cares about the people of Maine and goes out of his way to stay involved with the folks in his district. There is an old saying, “Listen twice as much as you speak.” That is Brakey.

I have had many conversations with Brakey and one of our topics was the need for a new high school in Auburn. Brakey was able to help move Auburn up the ladder and I may see a new high school being built before I cash in my chips.

I thank him for all the hard work he does in Augusta and in my community.
