Season outlook: After having eight players depart from last year’s successful squad, Mountain Valley will have to find six new faces in the starting lineup this campaign. Fortunately, through some injuries and good play, the Falcons were able to get a lot of quality minutes for most of those players last season. They will be led by four senior captains that have helped rebuild the program. The team’s focus is defense and being well organized in the back four. Goals will be tougher to come by, and will be the team’s biggest challenge.
