The Constitution says we are all equal under the law. It is apparent that some are more equal than others. A legal opinion by attorney Ben Shapiro follows:
Under 18 U.S. Code 793 grossly negligent handling of classified material is a criminal offense. “The law does not require intent. However, a level of intent required to be charged under statutes 18 U.S. code 1924 and 798 was clearly met: to place classified information in a non-approved, non-classified place.”
Hillary Clinton was found to transmit 113 emails through her unsecured server, which were found to be clearly marked as classified, some emails were top secret.
FBI Director James Comey said Clinton’s team was “extremely careless in their handling of very sensitive highly classified information.” Clinton had set up multiple private email servers, all of which were vulnerable to hacking, although stating she only used one. He said these servers were no place for classified conversations.
Director Comey laid out the reasons for which Clinton could be indicted. These included the above facts. The FBI did not uncover a breach in security, but could not determine one had not occurred. Hackers can cover their tracks.
Clinton’s personal server was not supported by a full-time security staff or even a commercial email service. Using a private server for government business does not allow the public to be informed.
Comey concluded there was not enough evidence for indictment.
It is apparent that the Clinton royal family has escaped again.
