HARTFORD — Pinpoint of Light Spiritual Camp has announced its 2016 summer programming. 

The camp is one of more than 30 spiritualist summer camps that exist in the U.S. Pinpoint of Light, operated under the auspices of the National Association of Spiritualist Churches, was founded in the 1990s by the Rev. Rupert Sigurdsson. Pinpoint of Light Spiritualist Camp continues today under the leadership of the Rev. Stephanie Frobese and an elected board of directors.

Besides Saturday programs, there will be meditations and healing circles at 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. on Sundays, July 10 to Sept. 25, held outdoors at 546 Town Farm Road. A camp fire circle will follow the evening healing circle on July 17 and 31, Aug. 13 and 27 and Sept. 4 and 25.

Sunday facilitators will be:

• July 17: Helen Chute with A Journey to the Stars;

• July 24: The Rev. Lashell Moon with Karuna Holy Fire Healing Meditation; and

• July 31: Karen Vasil-Busch with Yoga in the Garden.

Saturday workshops will run from 3 to 5 p.m. at the Hartford Town Hall, 1190 Main St., followed by mediumship demonstrations from 6 to 7 p.m. Personal messages for attendees will be offered. Advance registration is suggested. Those summer programs include:

• July 9: Dr. Ken Hamilton of H.O.P.E. will present Living the Directed Life with message medium Kimberly Charest.

• July 23: Nancy Lovelace and Rose Osborn, CM, will present Empowerment through Healing Mother Wounds with message medium Rose Osborn, CM.

• Aug. 6: Eddita Felt will present Paranormal Investigation with message medium Eddita Felt.

• Aug. 20: The Rev. Lashell Moon will present Past Lives with message medium Nancy Smith.

• Sept. 10: Laura Lee Perkins, C.M., will present We Die, and Then What? with message medium Laura Lee Perkins, CM.

• Sept. 24: Pam McGinnis Kaubris, presentation will be announced, with message medium Barbara Eckhardt, MPI.

The camp’s grounds will be open from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.  Saturday to Monday, July 2 to 4, at 456 Town Farm Road. Folks can bring a picnic lunch and enjoy the beauty of nature. The grill will be available.
