As a guidance counselor, I have worked with Candy Gleason since 1984. I have known her to be true to her convictions, such as what is best for students. She works hard to come up with solutions for teens who are in danger of failing while trying to help parents and teens forge a path toward success.
Also, she is an advocate for what is best for education and speaks out even when it is unpopular to do so. She is creative and wrote all of the speech curriculum at Edward Little High School.
Candy Gleason bleeds maroon and white. She is loyal to Edward Little and clearly wants what is best for Auburn and for Maine.
She will be a strong advocate for all of us in Augusta.
She deserves support on June 14.
