BETHEL — Marjorie L. (Tibbetts) Westleigh, 91, of Bethel died on Wednesday, June 1, at her daughter’s home in Hiram.

She was born in Rumford on Oct. 30, 1924, a daughter of Fred and Louisa (Cummings) Tibbetts.
