Maine Sen. Susan Collins said she’s still not ready to endorse Donald Trump for president.

“I would love to be able to endorse Donald Trump, but he really has to change the approach that he’s taken,” she said Wednesday on CNN. “If I were giving him advice, I would tell him he should own up to making mistakes. He should apologize to the judge and to the American people. And he should stop insulting people.”

In May, Collins said she could back Trump if he stopped the “gratuitous personal insults” and “bizarre” behavior.

On Monday, Collins denounced comments Trump made about about  a Latino judge presiding over a lawsuit against Trump University.

“He is the one who needs to start acting more presidential and articulate more clearly what a Trump presidency would look like,” Collins said Wednesday in a CNN interview.
