The death of a gorilla in a U.S. zoo is very upsetting. I do not want the zoo, or parents of the child, prosecuted. I want us, as humans — supposedly of higher intelligence — to take responsibility.

That magnificent gorilla did not deserve that end.

Hopefully, the zoo and the parents will learn from the tragedy.
