RUMFORD — The Rumford Seniors will have a western-themed barbecue lunch at 11:30 a.m. Monday, June 13.

A prize will be awarded to the person with the best western outfit. Ralph Arsenault will provide music.

There will be a membership meeting at 10 a.m. followed by a potluck lunch on June 30.

The seniors will travel by bus to the Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens in Boothbay Harbor on July 13. The group will leave at 8 a.m. and returns at about 5 p.m. Those attending should bring money to purchase lunch out. Wheelchairs are available for loan on a first-come, first-served basis. Cost is $50 for members and $60 for nonmembers.

A future trip to the White Mountains will take place Nov. 28 to 30. Cost ranges from $399 to $539. For more information, call 207-562-7700.

The Senior Center is open for signups or other business from 9 to 11 a.m. on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Bingo is held at 12:30 p.m. every Tuesday and Thursday.
