AUBURN — Lost Valley Ski Area announced Wednesday that it will kick off an annual music festival July 23, the first concert offering an “indie rock kaleidoscope” of seven acts, originating from Lewiston-Auburn to Boston.

Called the BullWheel Music Festival, organizers said in a news release that it is part of their “continuing effort to promote four seasons of activity and entertainment” for the area.

Future plans include a reggae festival and a country festival.

The first festival will start at noon Saturday, July 23, with performances until 10 p.m. Other activities will include inflatable rides and slides, a climbing wall and a host of food trucks and vendors.

Performers will include Tigerman WOAH!, Paranoid Social Club, Spose, These Wild Plains, Sarah Blacker, Faceplant and The Skid Marks.
