Season outlook: The Leavitt boys will look to be a major presence this year in the KVAC. Many of last year’s underclassmen have a year of training under their belts to help boost the Hornets’ chances at success, including in the conference championship meet. The Leavitt girls hope to be healthier than last year, when injuries took their toll. There is a team-wide motivation to improve on last year’s results. Individually, Pratt will look to build on her success from last season in the pole vault, when she qualified for New Englands.
