AUBURN — The Corporate and Community Services Department at Central Maine Community College will offer a single evening workshop titled “Retirement Money & Rollovers” from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 4.

This course is the May offering of Maine Money Academy, a monthly financial series at CMCC. In this workshop participants will generate a list and define the several types of investment vehicles available; identify which of these options could work best; and understand the difference between individual and company-sponsored possibilities. There will be a frank discussion about the pros and cons for all options and a discussion on how to move money without incurring tax or other penalties.

Registration is open but space is limited. Deadline to register is April 29. The cost is $19.
