Michael Goodwin, in his letter March 25, expressed great anger and serious frustration with the public educational system. He specifically condemned increases in teachers’ salaries, union involvement and overall corruption and waste within the public school system.

I have a suggestion for him — instead of using the newspaper to express his frustrations and accusations, I suggest he seek to be elected to his local school board, where he can truly have an impact in regard to his concerns and at the same time become educated to the real facts.
