Lyndon State College announces dean’s list

LYNDONVILLE, Vt. — Lyndon State College has announced the dean’s list recipients for the fall 2015 semester.

Local students are Brooke Dolloff of DixfieldNichole Jones of Lisbon FallsMarybeth Noonan of Raymond and Jeremy Skilling of Gray.

For inclusion on the dean’s list, a student must have completed at least 12 graded credits with no incomplete or failing grades and a minimum grade-point average of 3.50.

Assumption College names dean’s list

WORCESTER, Mass. — Recognizing outstanding student academic achievement, Assumption College has named 509 students to the undergraduate dean’s list for the fall 2015 semester.

To earn a spot, Assumption students must achieve a grade point average of 3.5 for a five-class, 15-credit semester.

Local students are Vincent Beaulieu of Gray, a member of the class of 2017; Chantal Jordan of Lewiston, a member of the class of 2018; Ashley Richardson of Durham, a member of the class of 2018; and Sarah Small of Raymond, a member of the class of 2016.

Minieri receives degree from Georgia Tech

ATLANTA, Ga. — Joseph Minieri of Pownal has earned a Master of Science in information security from the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta.

Minieri was among approximately 2,400 undergraduate students who received degrees during Georgia Tech’s 250th commencement exercises on Dec. 11 and 12, 2015, at the McCamish Pavilion.

URI names dean’s list

KINGSTON, R.I. — The University of Rhode Island announces that 4,986 undergraduates have qualified for the fall 2015 dean’s list.

Shelton earns dean’s list honors

ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Nazareth College announces that Brittney Shelton of Pownal has been named to the dean’s list for the Fall 2015 semester.

Shelton is studying music therapy.

A student’s grade point average must be at least 3.5 or above, and they must complete 12 credit hours of graded work that semester in order to be included on the dean’s list.

University of New Haven dean’s list

ORANGE, Conn. — Local students were named to the dean’s list at the University of New Haven for the fall 2015 semester. Full-time undergraduate students must have a 3.50 or better cumulative GPA for the semester to be eligible for the dean’s list.
