ITHACA, N.Y. — Marie Jeanne Martin, 83, passed away on Friday, Feb. 12, in Ithaca, N.Y., where she had been living for the past 20 years.

Marie was born in Lewiston, daughter of the late Adelard and Marie St. Pierre.

She was retired from the Napier Co. in Meriden, Conn., and was a member of the Immaculate Conception Church.

Marie is survived by her husband of 59 years, Gaetan Martin; her daughter, Diane (William) Brooks; her sons, Jean (Sundy) Martin, and Maurice Martin; her four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister, Claire Pinette; and brother, Wilfred (Yvonne) St. Pierre.
