The Dr. Roach column and health updates printed in the Sun Journal are always welcome. I utilize that information in the hope that I will enjoy a long and healthy life.

In fact, I need to live to be at least 137 years old in order to use all the address labels I have received from organizations seeking donations.

Those “gifts” prevent me from moving away, as they all contain my present address. On the other hand, if I did move, maybe those agencies wouldn’t find me anymore.

In the meantime, please keep the health information coming.
