1945 – 2016
SOUTH PARIS — Sheila J. Fox, 70, of South Paris passed away Sunday, Feb. 7, at Stephens Memorial Hospital.
Sheila was born in Norway on Dec. 9, 1945, a daughter of Harold and Angie (Rowe) Jackson. She attended South Paris schools and graduated from Paris High School. She continued her education and training, becoming a certified nurses aide, and she worked for Androscoggin Home Health and Hospice for 17 years.
She had previously worked at Oxford Hills High School with special needs students for a few years. She had also coached cheerleading at the high school for several years.
Sheila enjoyed sewing, shopping and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She also liked feeding and watching the birds at her home.
She was a member of the First Congregational Church in South Paris.
Surviving are a son, Brad Frost Jr. of New Jersey; four daughters, Shelley Frost Snow and her husband, Allen, of Largo, Fla., Tina Frost Normand of South Paris, Andrea Richardson and her husband, Darel, of Norway, and Cindy Frost of South Paris; a sister, Jackie Aceto of Gorham; 10 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
Besides her parents; Sheila was predeceased by a son, Alan Frost, who died in 1970; a brother, Jimmy Jackson; and a sister, Patricia Hall.
