Law enforcement officials say a 16-year-old boy, along with 18-year-old Reginald Dobbins, killed a Houlton man whose body was found inside his mobile home in March. The Associated Press generally does not identify juveniles accused of crimes.

The hearing for the younger of the two was scheduled for Monday.

No details have been released on how Keith Suitter died. Suitter, a military veteran, ran a painting business and lived alone. Police say the teens were arrested five days after his body was found.
