Saturdays in December, petitions will be circulated at the transfer station collecting signatures on six citizen petitions to have wording placed on Poland’s April town meeting warrant regarding the town’s charter, resident use of Poland’s new fire station, upkeep of town buildings, a land purchase, expanded parking behind Ricker Library and limiting marijuana distribution centers and locations in Poland.

All those items have sat on the back burner long enough. It is time to bring them to a vote.

I encourage residents to go to the transfer station.
