1958 – 2015
AUBURN — Karen (Gregoire) Alexander, 57, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Wednesday, Oct. 21, after a long, hard-fought battle with cancer.
She was born in Lewiston, on March 3, 1958, the middle child of Val and Jeannette (Jacques) Gregoire. Karen graduated from Lewiston High School in 1976. She worked most of her life alongside her family at Val’s Root Beer Drive-In until being diagnosed with brain cancer in 1999. Before that, she also worked for Lewiston Middle School and L.L. Bean. Most of all, Karen enjoyed spending time with her loved ones, and her home was a gathering place filled with fun and excitement for her entire family.
Karen attended Fellowship Church in Greene.
