1921 – 2015
NORWAY — Mary Anna Korhonen, 94, of Norway, formerly of West Paris, passed away Sunday, Oct. 11, at the Norway Center for Health and Rehabilitation.
Mary was born in Norway on July 26, 1921, a daughter of Granville and Ada (Merrill) Pushard. She attended Norway schools and graduated from Norway High School.
Mary was a homemaker all of her life, and had also worked at local shoe shops.
She enjoyed playing beano, traveling, cooking and knitting.
On July 26, 1940, Mary married Reino Korhonen and they lived in West Paris for many years.
She is predeceased by her husband, who died on June 17, 1999.
She is survived by her daughter, Pauline Robinson and her husband, David, of South Paris; her sister, Ethel Lacourse of Norway; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and great-great-grandchildren.
