1973 – 2015

AUBURN — Scott B. Rice of 67 Pleasant St., Auburn, died peacefully in hospice care on Saturday, Sept. 12.

Born in Lewiston on June 6, 1973, he was educated in Lewiston schools and graduated from Lewiston High School in 1993.

Scott was predeceased by his father, Bruce Rice; and mother, Mary Doyle of Auburn.

Scott was survived by his fiancee, Sandra Burns of Auburn; two brothers, Jason Rice of Auburn, and Joshua Rice of New Gloucester; and sister, Angela Erskine of Leeds.

The family would like to thank the hospice nurses for making Scott’s final days comfortable and peaceful. A special thanks to Scott’s uncle, Mike Alexander; and aunt, Sharon Briggs, for all of their support.
