The Tyngtown Tee Time Benefit was held Saturday, Aug. 29 at Wilson Lake Country Club in Wilton. Golfers played in a scramble format.

Dick Austin, Rusty Clukey, Bruce Dyke and Cliff Harris came in with the low gross scores. John Cureton, Nancy Stowell, Dick Stowell, and Suzanne Twitchell were the low-net winners.

Nancy Stowell was closest to the pin No. 7 and Nancy Stowell had the longest ladies drive. John McDonough turned in the longest men’s drive and Stan Jackson won the putting contest.

The fundraiser is for the benefit of the Wilton Early Childhood Center, downtown flowers, Fit Girls, Wilton Free Library and other children’s programs.
