Season outlook: Acritelli returns to the program he coached for three seasons before stepping down prior to last fall. After a difficult season in which the coach resigned hours after the first game, the Phoenix are hoping to bounce back. Acritelli has much of last year’s team returning. It was a tough introduction to the KVAC last fall, but the Phoenix hope to be more competitive and continue the momentum they had built prior to last season.
