1987 – 2015

ORLANDO, Fla. — Michael R. Beaulieu died Saturday, July 25, in Orlando, Fla., at the age of 28, from injuries suffered as a result of a car accident.

He was born in Lewiston, son of Robert and Susan (Gauthier) Beaulieu of Poland. He married Stephanie Deschaine on Sept. 21, 2008.

The following year, they set off to Florida to pursue their dream in the culinary hospitality field. Mike was fortunate to have gained experience and work with wonderful people at Hilton Bonnet Creek and Hilton Orlando. He had a passion for cooking and was sure to become a wonderful chef.

Although Mike’s birth home was Maine, he came to love the beauty that Florida had to offer. His favorite place to visit was Fakahatchee Strand Preserve State Park. He loved to hike the wilderness and enjoyed the wildlife, plants and tranquility that were there.

Also on his list of favorites was the Sarasota area, with its beautiful beaches and wonderful shops. He also enjoyed taking strolls with Stephanie at a number of botanical gardens they regularly visited.

He leaves behind his wife, Stephanie of Kissimmee; his parents of Poland; grandmother, Angelina Gauthier; mother and father-in-law, Richard and Frances (McHenry) Deschaine of Auburn; sister and brother-in-law, Jennifer and Richard Deschaine Jr. of Auburn; as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins.
