FARMINGTON — Rebecca Arsenault, president/CEO of Franklin Community Health Network, announces that Jay Neil Jr., MD, has become a member of the medical staff at Franklin Memorial Hospital, joining Dr. James Lancaster and Dr. Heather DeCarolis in staffing anesthesiology services.

For the past two years, Dr. Neil has provided temporary anesthesiology coverage across New England and the Northwest. Prior to that, Dr. Neil was a staff cardiac anesthesiologist for 10 years at Eastern Maine Medical Center in Bangor.

He is a board-certified diplomate of the American Board of Anesthesiology.

He and his wife are the parents of a daughter and a son.
