* At 7:10 a.m. July 13, an Essex Avenue resident reported the theft of her wallet, cash and other items from her residence. Patrolman James McLamb is investigating.

* At 9:10 a.m. July 11, a Kennebec Street resident reported parts of her motion light were stolen. Sgt. Doug Maifeld is investigating.

* At 7:33 p.m. July 10, Tyson Jasud, 30, of Mexico, was arrested on a charge of second offense operating under the influence. He was released on $1,000 unsecured bail and will be arraigned Sept. 15 in 11th District Court.

* At 4:28 p.m. July 10, an Erchles Street resident reported that his children’s scooters were stolen. Patrolman McLamb is investigating.

* At 1:10 p.m. July 10, a Knox Street resident reported that someone stole his camera and bag from his vehicle sometime in the past few days. Patrolman McLamb is investigating.

* At 12:51 p.m. July 7, Santos Rodriguez, 21, of Mexico, was arrested on Cumberland Street by Officer Matthew Desroches on a warrant charging unpaid fines on a charge of allowing a minor to possess or consume alcohol. Rodriguez was released on $1,200 cash bail.

* At 3:12 p.m. July 4, Melissa Austin, 46, of Rumford, was arrested on Portland Street on a warrant charging an unpaid fine. She was released on $135 cash bail.

* At 10:21 a.m. on July 3, Heather Theriault, 21, of Rumford, was arrested on a warrant charging failure to appear on charge of theft. She was released on $250 bail and given a Penobscot County court date.

* At 9:54 a.m. July 2, a break-in at the concession stand at Hosmer Field was reported. Nothing appeared to be missing, but a fire extinguisher had been discharged. Officer Desroches is investigating.

* At 2:38 a.m. July 2, Ethan White, 23, of Rumford was arrested on York Street on a charge of operating after suspension. He was released on $800 unsecured bail and will be arraigned Aug. 10 in 11th District Court.
