FARMINGTON — Stephanie Marcotte, a sales agent at Coldwell Banker Sandy River Realty, 602 Wilton Road,  Farmington, recently completed rigorous coursework to earn the designation of associate broker.

Marcotte has enjoyed a four-year career in the real estate business and joined Coldwell Banker Sandy River Realty when the company she started with, Bean and Smith Real Estate, merged with Coldwell Banker.

She grew up in Farmington and has worked for many years in the community with an intense focus on customer service. She is married and has two children.
