1944 – 2015

BOWDOIN — Paul M. Bulick, a resident of Bowdoin, died Friday, June 12, at his home.

He was born on May 21, 1944, in Webster (now Sabattus), a son of Arno and Pearl (Lakin) Bulick. He attended schools in Sabattus, Wales and Monmouth. On Nov. 30, 1970, he married Lila Wheeler. Paul worked for many years for Larry Cyr & Sons Construction in Monmouth before opening his own repair shop. He later bought equipment and ran Paul Bulick Construction, a job that he loved.

He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Lila Bulick; his daughters, Christine Tetreault and her companion, Tony Mason, and Amanda Maloy and her husband, Shawn; his four grandchildren, Travis and Devin Tetreault and Morgan and Pauline Maloy; his brothers, Eric Saunders and companion, Barbara Murdock, and Duane Bulick; his sisters, Susan Littlefield and her husband, George (Babe) Littlefield, Marlene Snyder and her husband, Rick; as well as many nieces and nephews who meant so much to him.

He was predeceased by his parents; his sisters, Bernice Goddard and Sandra Cummings; and his brothers, Arno (Junior) and Norman Bulick and Charles Davis.

The family wishes to thank all of his doctors, nurses and other caregivers. They are also thankful for his many family and friends who have visited, brought food and lended their support over the last year. It meant a great deal to Paul to have a roomful of company. He was a real people-person and his big smile will be greatly missed.
