LEWISTON — The Androscoggin County Chamber of Commerce will host a free Lunch and Learn workshop regarding LEAN processes, entitle “I Was Blind, But Now I See! Effective Use of Visuals to Manage Processes and Motivate People,” from noon to 1:15 p.m. on Tuesday, June 9, at The Chamber, 415 Lisbon St., Lewiston.

Using LEAN processes, learn the effective use of “visuals” to make the most of your processes and your people.

Presenter will be Rob Kilgore, continuous improvement manager for Geiger Group. Kilgore holds the internal Geiger certification of Continuous Improvement Leader, a program that he was instrumental in developing and implementing.
