Auburn Suburban Cal Ripken
East Auburn improved to 8-3 and remained atop the standings with a recent victory over Auburn Fire Fighters 21-4 in Auburn Suburban Major Baseball action. East Auburn pounded out 18 hits in four innings with Will Cassidy leading the way, going 4-4 with two doubles and four runs scored. Braden Paradie and Campbell Cassidy each had three hits for the victors. Adding tw hits apiece were Cameron Langis and Caiden Childs. Rounding out the hits for East Auburn were Kamden Masselli, Christian Frey, Jared Bernard and Drew Smith with one hit each. East Auburn utilized four pitchers to hold the firemen to three hits. Campbell Cassidy, Smith, Paradie, and Cade Masselli each tossed an inning in the winning effort. Brady Vincent led the fire fighters with two hits. Cam Irish added AFF’s other hit.
