Finally, a neighbor for the Urban Garden Center on Sabattus Street: Air Time Cellular is moving in.

CBRE/The Boulos Co. announced the new lease this week for 2,322 square feet at the former Movie Gallery space. It was handled by Boulos’ Chris Paszyc.

Air Time Cellular’s quarters are at 884 Lisbon St.

“We’re shutting this place down and moving into a bigger, better building,” store manager Nick Waddell said.

The shop, part of a family-owned business with a second location in Gardiner, has two dedicated employees. He’s looking to hire a few more.

Offerings will stay the same and staff will repair iPhones on-site. The new store opens July 6.
