BATH — A motorcyclist has been killed in a crash in Bath.

Police say 52-year-old Mark Lebourdais of Bath failed to negotiate a curve and crashed into a guardrail on Friday around 5:30 p.m.

Police say Lebourdais was not wearing a helmet and they suspect excessive speed was a factor in the crash.

The accident is under investigation.
