FARMINGTON — A Franklin County grand jury indicted seven people Thursday on sex-related crimes.

Jamie C. Ouellette, 38, and his wife, Tami Ouellette, 42, and Anna L. Larochelle, 24, of all of Wilton, were each indicted on felony charges of unlawful sexual contact and visual sexual aggression against a child younger than 12 years old.

Jamie Ouellette was also indicted on a felony charge of possession of a firearm by a prohibited person.

The three are accused of sexually molesting the child and forcing her to watch them have sex, according to an affidavit filed with the court by Franklin County detective Kenneth Charles.

In another case, Joseph Begin, 37, of Jay, was indicted on four counts of felony gross sexual assault against a female in New Sharon in March 2014.

One of the attacks required medical treatment, Franklin County Sheriff Scott Nichols Sr. said when Begin was arrested.

“The victim did not report the incidents for fear of her life until recently, when she came forward and disclosed information to Lt. David St. Laurent and state police detective Randy Keaten,” Nichols previously said.

In a third case, Shawn Flagg, 39, of Stetson, formerly of Farmington, was indicted on two felony counts of gross sexual assault and a felony charge of tampering with a victim.

Deputies received a referral from another law agency requesting the Sheriff’s Office investigate an incident that occurred in February 2010. St. Laurent and Charles went to Penobscot County Jail in Bangor in January where Flagg was being held on unrelated charges.

After an interview with Flagg, he was arrested, Nichols previously said. He is accused of sexually assaulting a child who was under age 18 at the time.

In a fourth case, Frank Makuch, 23, of Farmington, was indicted on a felony charge of gross sexual assault. Makuch was accused in April of assaulting a woman after she repeatedly said no to having sex with him, according to Farmington police detective Marc Bowering’s affidavit filed with the court.

In a fifth case, Randall F. Pond, 48, of Jay, was indicted on a felony charge of aggravated unlawful furnishing of scheduled drugs and a misdemeanor charge of unlawful sexual contact.

Jay police detective Michael Mejia issued Pond a summons on the charges in February after he was accused of giving a child under age 18 marijuana and sexually touching the teenager, Jay Chief Richard Caton IV said.
