FRANKLIN COUNTY — The following is the Franklin County Sheriff’s report for May 2-13:

5/2/2015: Deputy Bernhardt investigated a late report of a single vehicle accident on the Egypt Pond Road in Chesterville. There were no injuries.

5/2/2015: Deputy Brann responded to a 911 hang-up complaint on Stinchfield Hill Road in Chesterville; it was a misdial.

5/2/2015: Corporal Reid arrested Ryan Pelletier of Jay for OUI on the Starks Road in New Sharon.

5/2/2015: Deputy Bernhardt investigated a single vehicle accident with injuries to the driver on the Wilton Road in Chesterville.

5/2/2015: Corporal Chase investigated a threatening complaint in New Vineyard. Complainant stated that her ex-boyfriend called and threatened to cut her throat.

5/3/2015: Deputy Bernhardt investigated a noise complaint on Chesterville Hill Road in Chesterville.

5/3/2015: Corporal Chase assisted Wilton PD with a domestic dispute in Wilton.

5/3/2015: Deputy Zecher investigated a report of animal abuse on Dodge Road in Phillips.

5/3/2015: Corporal Chase found a motorcyclist traveling well over 100 mph on Route 2 in Wilton headed towards Dixfield. Chase followed the bike and attempted to get it to stop until he reached the Oxford County line. At that point he turned the pursuit over to the Dixfield Police.

5/4/2015: Deputy Zecher investigated a theft complaint at Edmunds Market in Phillips.

5/4/2015: Deputy Brann responded to Arnold Trail Road in Eustis regarding an alleged theft.

5/5/2015: Deputy Bernhardt arrested Darryl Nelson of Anson on a warrant after stopping Mr. Nelson for a traffic violation.

5/6/2015: Deputy Bernhardt investigated a report of criminal mischief on Webber Road in Salem Twp.

5/6/2015: Deputy Hartley investigated a report of speeding vehicles on Old Dead River Road in Stratton.

5/7/2015: Corporal Chase assisted Farmington PD with an incident on the Red Schoolhouse Road in Farmington.

5/8/2015: Corporals Chase, Reid and Deputy Burke assisted Farmington police with a disturbance on the Holley Road in Farmington.

5/8/2015: Deputy Brann investigated a noise complaint on the Fish Hatchery road in Salem Twp.

5/8/2015: Corporal Reid investigated a gas drive off complaint at Annie’s Market in Kingfield.

5/8/2015: Chief Deputy Lowell and Corporal Reid investigated a report of a camp break on Edelheid Road in Sandy River Plt.

5/9/2015: Corporal Reid investigated a report of a suspicious individual at the Pines Market in Eustis.

5/9/2015: Deputy Bernhardt conducted a welfare check on a juvenile on Howard Road in Salem Twp.

5/9/2015: Deputy Bernhardt investigated a harassment complaint at the Local Bull in Phillips.

5/10/2015: Deputy Bernhardt investigated a car vs. dog accident on the Starks Road in New Sharon. The owner of the dog was located.

5/11/2015: Deputy Hartley investigated a report of Burglary on River Road in Avon. It was reported that various tools were missing.

5/11/2015: Corporal Bean responded to a disturbance call at Pitcher Perfect Tire in New Sharon. No charges were filed.

5/11/2015: Deputy Brann investigated a report of a juvenile who had run away from his father’s house and had made it to Cummings Hill Road in Temple.

5/12/2015: Deputy Brann investigated a harassment complaint on Vienna Road in Chesterville.

5/12/2015: Corporal Chase investigated a report of a camp break on the Jewell Road in Chesterville.

5/12/2015: Deputy Burke responded to a reported burglary in progress on Starks Road in New Sharon, investigation revealed that the person involved was the new owner.

5/13/2015: Deputy Brann investigated a child custody complaint on the Farmington Road in Strong.

5/13/2015: Deputy Brann investigated a report of a domestic disturbance on North Main Street in Strong. Investigation revealed that the complainant and her husband had been arguing, no charges filed.

5/13/2015: Deputy Bernhardt investigated a harassment complaint on Rangeley Road in Avon.

5/13/2015: Corporal Bean investigated the latest scam which involved a person received call which showed up as 911 on the phone stating she had two hours to contact the IRS or a warrant would be issued.

Deputies conducted 13 Elder Checks during this period. Deputies conducted 114 building checks during this reporting period; two were found unsecure.
