Season outlook: With more than 60 athletes on the team this year, the Knights are looking to improve upon both their conference and state showings from a year ago. Marissa Zink returns after winning the conference title in the pole vault with a height of 8 feet. The boys’ team is looking to replace Nigel Williams, who had four top-three finishes at the conference meet. Tony Benedict is the team’s top thrower, placing second in the discus and third in the shot put at WMCs.
