I want to apologize for the part I took in car burglaries in Auburn last fall. I let drinking turn me into what I didn’t want to be.
I am not blaming the alcohol because I should have known that what I was doing was wrong.
I know forgiveness is going to be impossible for the victims of those crimes, but I truly am sorry. I know this letter will not change what I have done to the cities of Lewiston and Auburn. I hope my apology will make the victims hate me a little less.
I was young and dumb. I will be taking whatever happens in court, doing the time that I deserve, and making myself a better person.
I just want the victims to know that I am sorry.
