LEWISTON — The Lewiston and Auburn Public libraries will host the fourth annual Teen Opportunities Fair between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. March 28 at the Lewiston Public Library’s Callahan Hall.
The event will feature exhibits and displays from a number of local businesses and agencies that employ local teenagers or provide services or volunteer opportunities for them.
The Fair will feature area organizations supporting local young adults in one or more of the following pursuits: employment, volunteering, internships, continuing education and life skills. The event is free and open to all area teens.
Participants will be able to talk with employers, find out what they are looking for in new hires, and apply for jobs, internships and volunteer experiences.
