Indoor planting is WLU topic
AUBURN — On Saturday, March 14, at 10 a.m., Eileen Adams will speak at the Woman’s Literary Union on Elm Street.
Adams will speak on starting plants indoors. The talk is open to the public. Light refreshments will be served.
Those attending the talk are asked to bring a donation (diapers, baby wipes, etc.) for Trinity Jubilee center.
Upcoming events at the WLU include Dinny Sullivan Day open house from 2 to 4 p.m. on Saturday, March 14, the Fairy Godmother gown giveaway on March 28, and the annual doll tea on May 30 and 31.

Cooking class, chair massage at Ark
LEWISTON — A free cooking class with ARK Chef Matt Blake, “ARK Specials,” will let participants learn to create favorite dishes. The class will be held at 6 p.m. Monday, March 16, at The ARK & Lunch Cafe, 791 Lisbon St.
A hands-on chair massage class, with Matthew Farley, will take place at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 24. Bring a friend to practice on and enjoy a relaxing evening.
Both classes are free and registration is not required.
