BUCKFIELD — Mr. and Mrs. Ken Johnson of Buckfield are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Emily Johnson, to John Watson, son of Glen and Karen Watson of Bon Aire, Ga.

Ms. Johnson is a graduate of Boston University with a bachelor’s degree in human physiology and a master’s degree in public health. She has also earned an R.N. degree from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore and is presently employed at the Colorado University Hospital.

Mr. Watson is a professional landscaper who owns and operates a private landscaping business, called Revolutions Gardens.

The couple resides in Denver and are planning a wedding in Maine for Nov. 7 of this year.
