AUBURN — Ted and Tasha Cooper of Minot are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Chelsey Lynn Cooper of Auburn, to Kyle Bouffard of Auburn, son of Reggie and Paula Bouffard of Auburn.

Miss Cooper is attending the University of Southern Maine and plans to graduate in the spring with a degree in finance. She is a teller at Mechanic Savings Bank.

Mr. Bouffard received a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Southern Maine and is a transportation specialist for Nestle Waters at Poland Spring.

The wedding is planned for Sept. 6 at Sebasco Harbor Resort in Phippsburg.
