HODGDON (AP) — Authorities have arrested a man on methamphetamine trafficking charges in the Aroostook County town of Hodgdon.
Police said it’s the second meth-related arrest at the same residence in a year.
A deputy with the Aroostook County Sheriff’s office and a state trooper were at the home on Friday evening as part of an unrelated investigation and said they noticed evidence of a meth manufacturing operation.
The Maine Drug Enforcement Agency searched the home on Saturday. Thirty-one-year-old James Boyce was arrested and jailed pending bail. It was not immediately known if he has a lawyer.
Police arrested Marcus Toner on meth-related charges at the same home in March.
Authorities said the investigation is continuing and more arrests are likely.
