RUMFORD — Selectmen will choose the Rumford Citizen of the Year at their meeting at 6:30 p.m. Thursday in Rumford Falls Auditorium.

Also on the agenda are hearings on liquor license applications for VFW Post 1641 and the Fraternal Order of Eagles. Approvals for the applications and a special amusement permit for the Eagles will be decided.
