AUBURN — The Maine Turnpike Authority reports an accident in the southbound lanes of Interstate 95 between the Auburn exit and the New Gloucester toll barrier is delaying traffic Monday morning.

Emergency crews are on the scene at mile marker 70.

The mix of rain, sleet and snow is creating slick travelling conditions, and the turnpike authority advises motorists use extra caution.
