FARMINGTON — The Police Department is asking the public’s help in locating two people they said were involved in recent thefts from Wal-Mart in Farmington.

Arrest warrants for Thomas Mulkern, 29, and Angelina Carrigan-Sounier, 25, has been issued by the Franklin County District Court.

Police believe the two may be staying in the Livermore Falls or Jay area.

The thefts involved multiple attempts to fraudulently return items, Bonnie Pomeroy, department secretary, said. They would take items from the shelves and attempt to return them.
