As a veteran of the 82nd Airborne who is active in the American Legion and Disabled American Veterans, I am pleased to support Eric Brakey for the Maine Senate.

The volunteering I do puts me in contact with many older veterans, so senior and veteran issues mean a lot to me.

Brakey not only takes the time to listen, but he really cares about the issues that matter to both seniors and veterans.

Most politicians pay lip service to this voting block but, in the end, they don’t care.

Brakey is different; he truly cares.

Veterans and seniors can be confident, a vote for him is a vote for a champion who will fight for the people who built and defended this great nation.

My vote is for Eric Brakey.
