I know that everyone wishes the election was behind us. But the public needs to know that Mike Michaud’s ads are accurate.
My wife served in the Maine Legislature with him. He was president of the Senate and worked cooperatively with both parties to pass a minimum wage increase with unanimous support.
He is honest; people like him; and he is polite, civil and kind.
People can trust him because they know he has served more than 30 years between the Maine Legislature and the U.S. Congress.
People all know by now that they cannot trust Gov. Paul LePage. He lacks civility; he curses, swears, uses profane language and easily loses his temper. He refused to speak at the NAACP’s Martin Luther King day observance and told reporters, “Tell them to kiss my butt.” He also said that President Obama hates white people.
