HANOVER — Twenty-five residents on Tuesday unanimously approved a $504,163 budget for the 2014-15 fiscal year, town employee Ellie Andrews said Wednesday afternoon.

The budget included Regional School Unit 10’s assessment.

The budget is “about $50,000 more than the previous year,” Andrews said, with a majority of the increase because of RSU 10 budget increases.

“Almost all of our municipal budget items were about the same, and some of them were actually a little lower,” Andrews said. “We had some donations from the previous year that we were able to use to lower our budget a little bit.”
