I’ve seen articles in the paper about how good Eric Brakey is as a listener. Several things come to mind. One is that he has a degree in theater performance. Is this the act of a clever actor? Maybe he is listening so he can tell people what they want to hear.
In 2012, he directed Ron Paul’s Maine presidential campaign. After hijacking the Maine Republican Convention, he and his delegation were unseated at the National Republican Convention.
One might surmise that Ron Paul’s agenda is also Brakey’s agenda — an agenda that, according to Wikipedia, would do away with the Departments of Energy, Commerce, Interior, Education, Intelligence, Human Services plus the Internal Revenue Service and more.
I do not want to send such a divisive candidate to Augusta. My vote will go to Sen. John Cleveland, a proven candidate who can work both sides of the aisle.
