RANGELEY — Dorothy Mosher, family nurse practitioner, has joined Rangeley Family Medicine as a permanent provider. She initially came to the health center in a temporary capacity, but recently accepted a full-time offer.
Mosher received both her undergraduate and graduate training at Idaho State University. In 1977, she obtained her associate’s degree in nursing from Lewis-Clark State College, Idaho. She has been a registered nurse for 37 years and a family nurse practitioner for 15 years, caring for patients with acute and chronic health issues.
Mosher belongs to the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Among her personal interests are painting, reading, gardening, horseback riding, fishing, playing guitar and singing, as well as enjoying her four children and 10 grandchildren.
Rangeley Family Medicine is a practice of HealthReach Community Health Centers, a system of 11 federally qualified health centers in central and western Maine.
